Terms of Liability:

Civil Warrior Collectables offers a lifetime guarantee of authenticity on every item it sells. A certificate of Authenticity will be supplied on all Native American and Pre-Columbian antiquities purchases. Civil Warrior Collectable guarantees all items sold have not been stolen, forged or restored, unless so stated. All Native American and Pre-Columbian items have not been excavated, purchased, traded or sold in violation of a) the Federal Antiquities Act of 1906, b) The Archaeological Resources Protection Act of 1979 (Indian Reservations, B.I.M., National Forests, Nation Parks, etc.), c) State Archeological Resources Protection Acts (to include all state lands), d) State imposed regulations to Archaeological excavations on private deeded property, and further that the seller Civil Warrior Collectables has legal title to all properties sold until transfer of property to ultimate purchaser.

Ordering:

We accept personal checks and money orders in U.S. funds and Pay Pal. When you find an item you wish to purchase please note the item number and the price. Please send an email to us immediately allowing us to put your item of interest on hold. We will gladly put the item on hold for 5 days waiting for payment to arrive if paying by check or Money order. Personal checks will need 10 business days to clear before item will be shipped unless customer is known to us. If paying by Pay Pal items will be shipped out within one or two business days. Civil Warrior Collectables will sell the items listed on this website to the first buyer. The first buyer will be determined by the date and time the purchase notification is received. If you contact us to purchase an item which has already been sold you will be notified immediately. I will update the website with all sold items as soon as possible.

Shipping terms:

Civil Warrior Collectables ships all items via the United States Postal Service Priority / Insured mail. Buyers pay all shipping and insurance costs. Shipping and insurance estimates will be quoted at the time of purchase. If customers have special shipping needs we will try our best to accommodate these needs

Return Policy.

Civil Warrior Collectables stands by all items it offers for sale. We give honest detailed description of all items presented here for sale. We offer a 2 week return policy if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase. A full refund minus postage and insurance will be granted if the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. All returned items must be insured for purchased value when being returned.
